What is the first thing I need to do to preorder a vehicle?
Booking is required. After booking is complete, we will guide you through the process of purchasing a vehicle.
What is the minimum booking amount?
BDT 1 Lac Taka
How long does it take to deliver my car?
Usually within 45 (forty five) days after the vehicle is purchased from the auction house.
Can I cancel my prebooked vehicle?
If the vehicle is not already purchased from the auction, the booking amount will be fully refunded. Otherwise, there will be a partial refund.
Are all cars inspected before bidding?
Our highly skilled Technicians carefully inspect all cars in Japan before bidding. They also verify the specifications and the vehicle condition to ensure it matches the information provided by the auction houses.
Do you have vehicles available in stock or you only provide prebooking services through auction?
Yes, we have over 100+ cars available in our stock at all times. In addition, we have access to all cars from auction houses
How much does Xoom Auto take as service charge for preorder?
For regular sedans/hatchbacks: BDT 50,000
Crossovers: BDT 70,000
Luxury sedans and compact SUVs: BDT 100,000
Full sized SUVs/Premium SUVs: BDT 150,000
Is there any way to know an expected bidding price for a vehicle I am interested?
